Captured by still life photographer Kate Jackling, the eyewear models are offset by materials and textures inspired by the Maison Margiela fashion collections. The result is graceful compositions that hone in on the distinguishing form, texture and hue of each model.

    The focus of the 2018 campaign is new collection CRAFT: stainless steel frames meticulously handcrafted to appear like eyewear jewellery.

    A strong campaign motif is the side-shield outline as featured on models MMCRAFT001 and MMCRAFT002 – a reference to the distinctive décortiqué technique seen at Maison Margiela couture whereby layers are removed to expose the naked framework of a garment.
