The pièces de résistance of the contemporary wardrobe, coats and jackets are key to the collections of Maison Margiela. Creative Director John Galliano applies the house’s radical cutting to defined, padded or oversized silhouettes expressed in tailored overcoats, trench coats and carcoats. The approach is echoed in blazers, bombers, blousons, puffers and parkas, and in workwear spanning denim, trucker, chore and leather biker jackets.
