Distressed Collarless Denim Jacket

Trucker jacket in cotton denim with a lived-in used treatment. The collar has been removed and the neckline opened into an exaggerated deep-V construction that interrupts the conventional shape of the garment. Button front with two chest flap pockets and raw, frayed edges. White ties at the front reference our blouse blanche. The lining is exposed at the back with a buckle strap at the waist. Our four stitches appear at the back; the opposite of a label.

Lived-in: The passage of time is treated as part of the design process. Surfaces are finished to retain traces of wear through fading, creasing and irregular textures.
