RETURNS AND AFTER SALES Return Information

Maison Margiela offers returns within 30 days from the delivery date for any item bought on MaisonMargiela.com or in one of our flagship boutiques.

Please note that items purchased on websites different to MaisonMargiela.com, in franchise boutiques or from department stores won’t be eligible for our return policy. Following this we invite you to contact the customer service of the store you purchased the item from.

  • You can return one or more items purchased on the Maison Margiela Online Boutique within 30 days of receipt of your purchase.

    To request a return or exchange online:

    1. Complete the Return Form within 30 days from delivery of the items
    2. Pack the item(s) in the original order box or a similar box. For fragrances, please return products in their original order box. Then stick the pre-printed courier label onto the box (making sure to remove or cover any previous shipping labels). Using the label provided will guarantee a refund in the event of theft or loss during delivery to our warehouse. Products belonging to the same order must be returned in one single parcel.
    3. Contact the courier indicated in the pre-printed label to organise the pick-up.

    All returns must be shipped from the same Country/region they were purchased from.

    The item(s) must be in perfect condition, with the seals still intact and with all their original packaging and corresponding accessories. The fragrances must be sealed, non-damaged, with the original nylon cover.

    Upon reception of the items at our warehouse, our after-sale expert team will do a quality check before accepting the return. This process usually takes up to 3 to 7 days. If your items are accepted, you will receive an email confirming your refund, or shipping of your exchange..

    The refund will be processed 3 to 7 days after the items are accepted.

    I lost my return label. How can I get a new one?

    If you have lost the pre-printed return label or any documentation necessary for return, please contact our Client Care.

    Where is my return?

    You can check the status of your return in the Follow your Return page, or inside your Account if you were logged in during your purchase.

    I decided to keep my order, but have already completed the Return Form. What should I do?

    We are pleased you have decided to keep your purchase. You don't need to contact us, you request will be automatically deleted once the 30-day return period has expired.

    Can I combine returns from different orders?

    Offering you the best possible service is important to us. To ensure timely handling of your return, it is not possible to combine items from different orders.
