Spring Summer 2026 "Joy"
For the launch of our Spring Summer 2026 collection, we presented the short film "JOY" starring composer and pianist Max Richter and an orchestra of 43 young musicians of the Association Orchestre àl’École.
Playfulness and the unexpected are core to the film, with Max and the kids rehearsing together for three months to prepare the performance. The orchestra gathers at what looks like a regular empty concert venue. As the film evolves, the auditorium turns into a playground, with a climbing frame in front of the seats, a swing, and a slide down the aisle.
Titled "JOY", the film takes its name from the original score composed by Max Richter for the campaign, which he performs at the harpsichord alongside the young musicians.
Throughout, Richter wears looks from the collection, highlighting a tailored silhouette.
The young musicians appear in purposefully oversized suits painted in our Bianchetto treatment, paired with their handmade masks of varying colours.
The roots of “JOY” are in our Spring Summer 2026 collection, of which one of the themes is a chaotic night at the opera. The runway featured the same young musicians in the film.
