Aftersales Assistance and Repairs

We stand behind our products

If you have a quality issue, our boutique and online staff, with the help of our Quality Support, will evaluate the product before proceeding with the aftercare options. Either the product can have evolved due to the natural wear or have been bought damaged due to the faultiness of the product.

Care and Repair
Throughout the life of your product, your purchase is susceptible to evolve due to the natural wear. Our boutique staff is available for any advice and to arrange maintenance or repair services at a charge.

Faulty products
Maison Margiela products are guaranteed for 2 years. If you bought a faulty product, Maison Margiela will provide you, at your convenience, one of the following options: exchange**, repair when possible** or refund.
** The repair & exchange policy is not available for online purchases.
Please note that products purchased from Department Stores or outside our free-standing stores will not be accepted. Please refer to their Customer Care departments in this case.

You must show a proof of purchase. In case of a missing receipt, our team will try to locate it in the system once you provide your information.

Our retail and online staff, with the help of our Quality Support, will evaluate the product before proceeding with the different options.

For products bought in a Maison Margiela boutique, you can ask for an exchange, repair or refund in any of our boutiques. If it is outside the area of the purchase currency, the boutiques will do their best to accomodate you for the repair.
